Maslow Connection and the Library Learning Commons
Abstract
This paper explores the ways that students can grow and thrive within the Library Learning Commons using “Maslow’s Rewired” definition of needs. Building a culture of connections is at the heart of supporting students with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The author provides examples for SLLCs to adapt.
