Maslow Connection and the Library Learning Commons

Abstract

This paper explores the ways that students can grow and thrive within the Library Learning Commons using “Maslow’s Rewired” definition of needs. Building a culture of connections is at the heart of supporting students with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. The author provides examples for SLLCs to adapt.
